in advance to secure date and is non-refundable. Deposit will be refunded after damages, if any, are

ARRANGEMENTS Discount Ages 5 and under
free, 6 to 12 years of age are half price.
AND GUARANTEEConfirmation of your menu selections and number of
confirmed Guests Attending required at least seven (7) days in advance of the
booked event. You will be charged for Ninety-five percent of the
confirmed number of Guests or the actual number in attendance whichever is the
greater. Menu prices are per person,
no room rental charge. In accordance with Health and Safety regulations, St
Andrews must provide all food and beverages, except Wedding/Special Occasion
cakes and Wine for dinner. Also,
prohibits guests from removing any food and beverage after a function. BANQUET ROOM
Maximum
number of guests 120.
& TABLE
CAPACITY Table set up 8 guests per
table comfortably, with a maximum of 10 per table. Maximum of 14 tables plus head table (depending on head table
location). Any
tables set up on dance floor for meal service will be moved by St. Andrews staff upon completion of speeches and
/or prior to dance. Some tables may be torn down. An event smaller than 30 guests may be held in Restaurant. BANQUET ROOM St. Andrews will set up as per your
requirements; included are SET UP standard table linens,
head table skirting, serving staff and clean up. Patio will be set up with tables and chairs for guest use. P.A. system and podium supplied. Projector Screen available. Standard Cloth Napkins are supplied. Linen upgrades are available at an extra
charge. DECORATING Tables will be pre-set and available for
decorating day of event (if room is available the evening prior, you may have
access then, otherwise morning of event).
The time of day the banquet room will be available, will depend on other
special events. Decorations must be
removed the night of the event (a separate storage room may be made available
upon request). Guest table centerpieces and
candles not supplied. Candles will be
supplied on buffet table. NO
sparklers or sprinkles allowed. Westminster
Party and Tent Rentals, located in Penticton is our locale Wedding Rental
Shop. Exterior chair rental for
ceremonies and a wide selection of decorations. (www.westminsterparty.com) CEREMONIES There is no charge to hold ceremony in
designated spot on golf course by the lake.
You would be responsible for any seating rentals and set up. Power if required is located approx. 100
feet from ceremony spot. PICTURES When holding your reception
at St. Andrews there is no charge to access course for pictures. Must stay clear of golf play and stay off
greens (bridge area on island is okay). MEETING ROOM Between ceremony/pictures and prior to entering
banquet room for reception, meeting room located in lower level of lodge is
available for wedding party to freshen up, etc. GOLF CARTS A golf cart will be supplied to assist in set up and
take down for Ceremonies and shuttle guests if required. Golf cart may be used during ceremonies
and/or pictures. There is no charge for
use of Golf cart. If Golf cart is required,
please reserve in advance. Golf carts are not allowed in parking lot or on the
public roads of St. Andrews. Drivers
License required to drive power cart. WEDDING CAKE The client is responsible for supplying
wedding/special occasion cake. St. Andrews staff will assist in set up if
required. St. Andrews will cut and
serve cake, also package up any left over cake (no charge). DANCE All functions using a live
band or disc Jockey are subject to a Composers And Music Publications Fee
SOCAN, charges in the amount of, with Dancing $59.17 plus taxes, without
Dancing $29.56 plus taxes. St. Andrews
has the Performing Rights License and is responsible to post, collect and
submit. GUEST ROOMS Guest rooms are available in the lower level
of the Lodge at $72.00 plus tax. Must be booked in advance (5 rooms with queen
bed each and one room with two twin beds).
Check in approx. 1:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am. BEVERAGES The BC Liquor Board regulates the sales and
service of alcoholic beverages. St.
Andrews is responsible for administration of these regulations. It is policy; therefore that hard liquor,
beer and etc. cannot be brought in from outside sources. We can allow wine or champagne to be brought
in. Liquor laws also state that Wine
must be purchased at a liquor store, winery or at our facility. No U-brew or homemade wine allowed. Last call for bar drinks is
12:45 A.M., with the bar closing at 1:00 A.M.
Sunday bar closes at midnight (12:00).
Guests must vacate Banquet Room by 2:00 A.M. Bar Available – Cash Bar, Open Bar, Drink Coupons,
Toonie Bar, etc. Coffee/Tea
and water will be available throughout the evening (no charge) ![]() Don’t
